The Story
This tapping saddle is designed for quick and secure installation of accessories such as electrode holders and injection valves onto a 40 mm PVC pipeline. It features a 1/2 female thread, allowing easy inline integration of sensors or dosing components without modifying or cutting the pipe.

- 1/2 female BSP thread – compatible with:
- Standard 12 mm electrode holders
- 1/2 injection valves

How It Works
- 1. Position the saddle around the pipe and securely fasten it using the included bolts.
- 2. Drill through the opening inside the threaded port to access the pipe interior.
- 3. Screw in the electrode holder or injection valve.
- 4. Ensure tight sealing for leak-free operation.
Note: For use only on 40 mm PVC pipe. Always install with appropriate sealing (e.g., PTFE tape or gasket) to ensure proper function.
